Hi, I'm Kate! Thank you for stopping by my website. My interest in art goes back to my early days. Some of my earliest memories revolve around making and crafting unique objects. My unique combination of art, science and imagination makes it difficult for me to work on just one project at a time - I enjoy branching out into new forms of creativity.

Although I love art, I also love science. After graduating from college with degrees in Chemistry and Physics I went on to Graduate School for a Masters in Chemistry and Chemical Biology. I always knew I wanted to teach, so I quickly moved into teaching high school science - chemistry, physics and even some biology! While teaching, I never strayed from my additional love of art. I tried to bring that creativity to my approach to science.

My creations are always personally handcrafted. I use beautiful gemstones and sterling silver to make most of my jewelry. I enjoy designing each piece and working to showcase off each stone.
